SwiftModule is a family of high-performance, low-power, ARM-based modules with Windows CE, Compact 7, Linux and Android |
 |
Because
SwiftModule is production-ready, the twin burdens of complex
hardware design and challenging OS porting are removed, allowing
time-to-market goals of just a few weeks to be realized.
All that is required to take your Android 2.3, Angstrom Linux, Windows Embedded CE 6.0 or Compact 7 product to market is your application, and a simple baseboard to house our module, and to provide connectors, power, and any interfaces which are not already implemented on the module (USB, Ethernet, WiFi, SD Card are already there). These baseboard components may be designed in from a wide-ranging library, or you can use our SwiftLite production-ready baseboard system, which allows custom baseboards to be quickly generated from a standard design – popular as a route to manufacture for projects started with Beagleboard.
Use the links on this site to find out more about the SwiftModule system, which includes the SwiftLite development system - complete with 800 x 480 touch screen, the SwiftLite production baseboard system, and our modules, from the low-cost AM3505/AM3517 based SwiftModule-AM and the original SwiftModule-OM with OMAP3530 to the TI DM3730/AM3703 based SwiftModule-DM with 1GHz ARM Cortex-A8 core, and now the dual core ARM Cortex-A9 based SwiftModule-44 with OMAP4460
